I was slightly disappointed in my experience at Lindey's. It took forever to find, when we got there we expected to find the live jazz, but there was none. (And it was a Thursday.) The place was completely empty but the waitress was still on duty and very polite. The menu was limited and most did not sound too appetizing. I ordered the New York Strip with onion straws and garlic potatoes. I ordered well-done but was very disappointed when I recieved char-broiled. I did not eat much of my meal and left in a hurry because the setting actually made me feel very uncomfortable and uptight.
